Is it possible to reschedule my appointment date?
Absolutely! As long as you provide us with a notice of at least 45 days in advance, you can change your appointment date up to two times without any extra charges.
What happens if I need to cancel my styling session?
In the event that you need to reschedule your session within 45 days of the original date, we kindly request full payment for any perishable items that have been purchased. However, we always strive to find a solution that works for you!
How does the billing process work?
To secure your appointment, we require a 50% down-payment. The remaining 50% will be due 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
How can I handle guest invitations for my style event?
Our user-friendly online platform includes a dedicated “Invites” section, allowing you (or our team) to easily manage and send out event invitations to your guests.
